This year, I've revamped my holiday meal planner to include an extra dessert (Gruyere and Pear Galette) an extra side dish that is a delicious carb free substitute for your everyday mashed potatoes. I've even added in a meat-free tourtiere recipe. A Canadian holiday favourite! Make several of these weeks ahead and pop them in the freezer to bring to dinners where you're not sure what will be on the menu!!
