Now that the weather is finally getting warmer, I am adding more and more raw foods and raw meals to my diet. Spring is the perfect time for a little detox, and this 7-week raw food meal planner will make it a cinch!!
I have assembled an amazing collection of my go-to raw food recipes and some from some of my favourite people to share just with you.
These recipes don't take a dehydrator and many of them take literally minutes to make! There is no particular order, so feel free to switch it up depending on how you feel! I haven't taken into account the leftovers, so likely you'll have more than enough food for the week including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
